The opening of duplicate, additional, or alternative Accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited. cili88 reserves the right to close all duplicate Accounts and to forfeit any Bonus Funds held therein.
3.4 Accurate Information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to maintain the accuracy of such information throughout the duration of your Account. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

4.1 Security Responsibility. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your cili88 login credentials, including your username and password. Accounts that have had no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. cili88 reserves the right to apply an administrative charge to dormant accounts in accordance with the then-current schedule, which will be communicated to the Player's registered email address prior to any deduction.
5.1 Accepted Methods. cili88 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank online banking, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank internet banking, and Visa/Mastercard. All transactions are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).
5.2 Minimum Transactions. Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are as stated on the cili88 deposit/withdrawal page. These amounts are subject to change at cili88's discretion with reasonable notice.
5.3 Withdrawal Verification. Prior to processing the first withdrawal from any Account, cili88 requires successful completion of KYC verification. Players must submit valid government-issued photo identification and proof of address. Withdrawal requests may be delayed or declined pending completion of this process.
5.4 Source of Funds. cili88 reserves the right to request evidence of the source of funds deposited into an Account. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in the suspension of withdrawal rights.
5.5 No Third-Party Payments. Deposits must be made from payment accounts held in your own name. cili88 will not process withdrawals to accounts other than those used for deposits or to accounts verified as belonging to the Account holder.
6.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, promotions, free spins, and other incentives offered by cili88 are subject to specific terms including, without limitation, wagering requirements, time limits, game restrictions, and maximum withdrawal caps. These specific terms will be communicated at the time each offer is presented.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus Funds are not withdrawable until the applicable Wagering Requirement has been fully satisfied. Until that threshold is met, all wagers will be deducted from Bonus Funds before Real Money Funds.
6.3 Bonus Abuse. cili88 employs detection mechanisms to identify bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim a bonus more than once, systematic exploitation of promotional structures, or placing wagers that do not constitute genuine gaming activity. Where bonus abuse is detected, cili88 reserves the right to void the relevant bonus, cancel associated winnings, and suspend or permanently close the Account.
6.4 cili88 Discretion. cili88 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. The decision of cili88 regarding the application of bonus terms is final.

10.2 cili88 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability of the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control may affect Platform availability without giving rise to any liability on the part of cili88.
10.3 In the event of a technical malfunction that incorrectly credits a Player's Account or displays erroneous game results, cili88 reserves the right to void any affected game rounds or transactions and to correct Account balances accordingly.
10.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit cili88's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for any matter which it would be unlawful to exclude or restrict liability.

Any verified Real Money balance at the time of closure, less any applicable charges, will be returned to you via your registered payment method following completion of standard verification procedures.
